I generally lean toward alternative methods to treat dis-ease, and kinda fear traditional methods of treatment.
But the truth is, I am fortunate enough to have never been in the situation where I really have to make such a decision about treatment of a major illness.
For as long as I can recall, the term You Create Your Own Reality has been flung about hither and yon in the circles I grew up, and later went on to travel in.
The idea never didn’t make sense, but I never really knew how I created my own reality, beside the usual scapegoats––thoughts and actions.

I added a few drops of doTERRA Lime CPTG essential oil to the olive oil salt & pepper for a more even distribution of flavor in my corn bean salad, and although it did not bring in the sour, a few drops (I wouldn’t try it with just any old lime essential oil!) of lime brought the flavor in full effect.
